As of 1706, he was also known as John Boutton. He left a will on 25 Dec 1706 at Norwalk, Faierfield, CT; Includes bequests to wife Mary, grandchild John Boutton of Danbury, son Matthew Boutton, son Joseph Boutton, daughter Abigal smith, daughter Rachell Sension, daughter Hannah Betts, son Thomas Boutton, Son Richard Boutton, daughter Elizabeth Warin, daughter Mary Boutton.²²¹

He mentioned as constituent Society of Wilton.
ii. John Boutton;²²⁴^,²²⁵ born 30 Sep 1659;²²⁶ married Mary Hayes circa 1684; married Sarah Greggorie, daughter of Elizabeth Moulthrop, circa 1685 at Norwalk, CT;²²⁷ died 3 Jan 1705 at Danbury, CT, at age 45.

He possible children Jakin and Joseph. Also have seen listed Mary Hayes as second wife, with children John, Sarah, Abigail, Mary, Nathanial, Thomas, Eleazar and Joseph who married Susanna Raymond. He lived after 1685 at Norwalk, CT, Owned land jointly with his brother Matthew, sold 25 Jan 1693 to widow Mercy Lockwood. Reference to Danbury land records, Society of New Caanan.²²⁸ He Not mentioned in his father's will, as he was already deceased, however his father left money to grandson John Boutton of Danbury, probably son of this John in 1706.²²⁹
iii. Matthew Boutton;²³⁰^,²³¹^,²³² born 24 Dec 1661; Owned property in Norwalk and Danbury.²³³
iv. Hannah Bouton;²³⁴^,²³⁵^,²³⁶ born 1663;²³⁷ married James Betts circa 1705 at Norwalk, CT;²³⁸ died 23 Aug 1748 at Wilton, CT.
v. Rachel Bouton;²³⁹^,²⁴⁰^,²⁴¹ born 16 Dec 1667;²⁴² married Matthias St John circa 1690; Settled Ridgefield, CT.²⁴³
vi. Abigail Bouton;²⁴⁴^,²⁴⁵^,²⁴⁶ born 1 Apr 1670;²⁴⁷ married (--?--) Smith circa 1690; Probably settled near Norwalk, CT.²⁴⁸
