Joseph⁷ Boutton (John Bowton, #18);¹⁸⁹^,¹⁹⁰^,¹⁹¹^,¹⁹²^,¹⁹³ born circa 1674 at Norwalk, CT; James Boughton had said Mary Stevenson was Joseph's mother, more recent research says Abigail Marvin;¹⁹⁴^,¹⁹⁵ married Mary Gregory (see #15), daughter of Jachin Gregory and Mary (--?--), 22 Feb 1697 at Norwalk, CT;¹⁹⁶^,¹⁹⁷ died 1747 at Norwalk, CT.

He was a farmer and a surveyor, surveyed Ridgefield CT after 1697. He left a will on 20 Dec 1746 at Norwalk, Fairfield, CT; Will names wife Mary, sons Jachin and John, and daughters Sarah Hanford and Dinah Benedict.¹⁹⁸^,¹⁹⁹

Children of Joseph⁷ Boutton and Mary Gregory (see #15) all born at Norwalk, CT, were as follows:

i. Sarah⁶ Bouton;²⁰⁰^,²⁰¹ born 1703;²⁰² died 28 Oct 1795.
ii. Dinah Bouton;²⁰³^,²⁰⁴ born circa 1705;²⁰⁵ married John Benedict Deac before 1734.

She Father-in-law Joseph Boutton willed property to Deacon John Benedick in consideration of his taking ye whole cair & charge of my beloved brother Thomas Boutton in 1746 at Norwalk, CT.²⁰⁶
iii. Jackin Bouton;²⁰⁷^,²⁰⁸ born 1705;²⁰⁹ married Mary White before 1720; married Mary Atwater after 1757; died 1779.
12 iv. John Bouton.

15. Mary⁷ Gregory (Jachin, #20); born 5 Dec 1677 at Norwalk, CT; married Joseph Boutton (see #14), son of John Bowton and Abigail Marvin, 22 Feb 1697 at Norwalk, CT;²¹⁰^,²¹¹ died 1747 at Norwalk, CT.

16. Matthew⁷ Seymour; married Sarah Hayes (see #17) before 1701.

Children of Matthew⁷ Seymour and Sarah Hayes (see #17) were as follows:

i. Elizabeth⁶ Seymour; born 1701 at Danbury, CT; married Eleazer Bouton, son of John Boutton and Mary Hayes, circa 1721 at Stamford, CT.
13 ii. Sarah Seymour.

17. Sarah⁷ Hayes; married Matthew Seymour (see #16) before 1701.
